Look for some continuation to the upside above the two-day resistance of $58. Dec. 19: SCTY led the market up today with a nice break out to log a 7.65% gain. The stock closed on highs showing commitment. Dec. 18: SCTY has continued to hug its short-term moving averages to build a tight mid-level base that could lead to upside momentum above $54. A break above this level on good volume could set it back in motion for a potential move back to the 52-week high at $65. Stops could be placed at the recent pivot low of $49.45. A break above last week's pivot high of $84.58 could set it back in motion for higher prices. We move our stop-loss level up to $81.75, where the 21-day EMA comes into play. Dec. 12: After weakness yesterday, KORS showed relative strength today to break above our entry price of $82.50 while posting a 2.61% gain. Dec. 10: Among the retail names to watch during the holiday season, KORS stands out with a good-looking chart. The stock has been forming a symmetrical triangle pattern that could resolve to the upside with a break and close above the prior pivot high of $82.50. Stops could be placed at the 21-day EMA at $80.30 with a target of $88. It needs to hold below this trend line for the short thesis to stay intact. We will remove this trade idea from the short watch list if it breaks and closes back above this trend line in the coming sessions. Dec. 17: VJET resolved the bear flag pattern to the downside today and finished with a 4% loss. Look for potential continuation to the downside as the stock doesn't have significant support until the $32 area. Dec. 16: VJET has been stuck in a down trend since the potent sell off on Nov 19. The stock continued to show relative weakness as it close back below its 8-day EMA today. A break below last week's pivot low of $36 could bring out more sellers. Stops could be placed at $38 in this short idea, with a target range at $30-32.
