What will Donald Trump's election as president mean for the markets? How should you play a possible Federal Reserve December rate hike? Jim Cramer and TheStreet's Chief Investment Strategist Jack Mohr will discuss that and more during an exclusive conference call Thursday with members of Action Alerts PLUS, their club for investors.

Beginning at 11:30 a.m. ET, the one-hour call will mix market insights from Cramer and Mohr with a rundown of AAP's current portfolio and a chance for club members to ask questions online or via videos that they submit.

"We give members insights that we save especially for [them] -- truly exclusive and fresh ideas and perspectives on the market and the stocks we own," Cramer said.

Mohr said the call will offer "fresh, unfiltered yet rigorous research. We will do anything for our members -- they are the only base we hold ourselves accountable to, and they know that with every single call they will get the honest truth and full insight into how we think through the macro matrix as well as our specific investments. It is truly the 'no spin zone' for finance."

Cramer and Mohr hold exclusive calls once a month for AAP members and typically use the forum to unveil their latest stock picks. For instance, they laid out a thesis for buying NXP Semiconductors (NXPI) in the spring when the stock was trading at around $85 a share. Last month, Qualcomm (QCOM) agreed to buy NXPI for $110 per share in cash.

Thursday's call is open to AAP members only, but non-members can sign up for a 14-day free trial of the club by clicking here. (If you miss hearing Thursday's call live, you can listen to a replay or read a transcript online.)

AAP members receive lots of VIP material in addition to private monthly calls with Cramer and Mohr. For instance, members get a rundown of which stocks the pair hold in AAP's portfolio (which the pair co-manage as a charitable trust), along with special e-mail alerts 45 minutes before Cramer and Mohr make any trades. Members also receive exclusive market analysis from Cramer and Mohr delivered directly to their inboxes, along with lots of other special market insights. Click here for full details.
