On a short-term basis, the stock looks a bit extended after a big move. Some digestion would be healthy. Tomorrow, Apple also has a product release, which can sometimes be a sell the news event. Oct. 14: Apple continued to find support along the 8-day EMA. The stock triggered our long entry price on Thursday and still looks good for potential continuation to the upside. A break above today's high of $497.58 could add some power to this rally. Oct. 9: Apple held up well despite yesterday's weakness in the market. The stock continued to hold $478 level showing buying interest at these lower levels. A break above $490 could set it back in motion for higher prices.
