The U.K. will vote Thursday on whether it will remain in the European Union. Support for the "leave" camp has waned in recent days with some British media sources showing the odds of a so-called "Brexit" standing around 24%.
Tesla (TSLA) announced plans to acquire SolarCity (SCTY) Tuesday evening. The proposed $3 billion deal left analysts, investors and others puzzled given the lack of synergies between the two companies ... aside from Elon Musk serving as chairman of both companies.
