Before too long we'll be getting those post market closing earnings I referred to earlier. While we have a few minutes, here's what's on deck before tomorrow's open:
Bearish names dominate this week and financials in particular.
The scale is weighted toward the bears and industrial names in particular.
S&P leaders have been putting up some great numbers.
Trump's plan to rebuild the U.S. military could benefit these somewhat expensive contractors.
Dover (DOV) talked up its acquisition game in fluid handling. This company continues to need to address its portfolio. United Technologies (UTX) kicked up R&D spending at Otis after "years of underinvestment." Textron (TXT) has a slate of new products that can drive above-market growth. All in, it was a sleepy day at EPG -- more of the same, overall. None of the stocks seem particularly interesting at current levels, either, so we can just take this time to focus on developing our cumulative knowledge and focus on our entry/exit points in the stocks.

TXT was downgraded from Buy to Hold, Drexel Hamilton said. Company is facing macro growth headwinds.
And four other things you need to know now.
