State Street has been downgraded to a Hold at Jefferies, which also gave the stock an $87 price target.
From a 20-year perspective, bank stocks are reasonably priced.
Lots of energy names facing the potential for lower prices.
The company has been shrinking its GE Capital financial arm.
Further winding down GE Capital should allow CEO Jeff Immelt more freedom to achieve his goals for global industrial expansion.
U.S. futures are looking to continue yesterday's rally; Boeing announces job cuts. 
Banks are high-beta and rate-sensitive. The 10-year Treasury yield is down by around another seven basis points this morning and back to year-to-date lows.  The yield curve is also flattening. There are continued energy-spillover fears following the energy comments yesterday from JPM. STT was upgraded from Underweight to Neutral, JP Morgan said. Company has improved its liquidity and is keeping a tight lid on costs.&n...
"We now consider the likelihood that the U.S. government would provide extraordinary support to its banking system to be 'uncertain' and are removing the uplift based on government support from our ratings."
