NOV was downgraded to Underweight, Morgan Stanley said. $53 price target. Expect a sharp drop in demand for offshore drilling. 
Applying Graham's strategy produces strong portfolio.
There is a strong possibility that a major low is in place.
There are keepers, would-be keepers and some I can live without.
It's wise to stick with strength right now.
I'd be a bit scared to be pressing a short bond bet.
