Stocks are trading in a relatively narrow range, but are slightly down after Federal Reserve chair Janet Yellen hinted at a possible December rate hike.

Sticking Up for the Ex-Im Bank Real Money Pro($)

Markets still are holding their gains as we come to midday. Interestingly, the biotech index is off today despite great results and a solid up day from Gilead Sciences (GILD), one of the four horsemen of biotech. Some infrastructure plays such as Mastec (MTZ) and Terex (TEX) are having nice days and are up 3% or so on the day.

Stocks on the Move Real Money Pro($)

Markets have weakened somewhat since my last update around 11:30 a.m. ET. I would not be surprised if we give up a bit more of the Fed-triggered rally of the past couple of days. Some stocks on the move at midday:
China cut rates again but all eyes are now on Greece.
These stocks have the potential to beat the market.
The recent sector rally has overshot the fundamentals.
Some industrial names were unfairly punished by the plunge in crude.
The market continues to hold onto solid gains as we approached the noon hour here on the East Coast. Oil also is holding its 3%-plus rally so far.

Riding the See-Saw Real Money Pro($)

See-saw day of trading to open February.
This is still one of the few areas of the market where I am seeing deep value.
