Oil Weakness Starts to Bite Real Money Pro($)

Following up on my comments from earlier today, oil is below $43 a barrel and we're now starting to see the analyst community begin to downgrade stocks and start to trim back EPS expectations. Some of those on the receiving end here include Chevron (CVX) , BP (BP) , and Marathon Oil (MRO) . As long as oil prices stay at current levels, we're likely to see more downgrades and steeper EPS cuts.

Evercore ISI upgraded Michael Kors to "Long."
An onslaught of initial public offerings is on its way.
The company's apparel may be on the wane, but this could be a buying opportunity.

Shares of KORS now seen reaching $36, according to Oppenheimer. Estimates also cut, given the company's new guidance. Perform rating.
Until they realize the secular shift away from malls, retail names are just playing the victim.
Life as wholesale brands know it is on the verge of being blown to pieces.
KORS could be a quick trade or for long-term ownership. Buy the shares, sell some puts, or do both.
The apparel giant needs to revive same-store sales growth, improve gross margins and pull back on discounting.
