DFS was upgraded from Hold to Buy, Deutsche Bank said. $64 price target. Company has several potential sales growth catalysts. 
Fed rate hike hasn't had much of an effect.
The first day of conference day at Bank of America (BAC) is relatively quiet so far, with no major headlines or breakthroughs thus far. Regions Financial (RF) is leading the regional banks, trading higher in front of Thursday's analyst day. Online brokers and trust banks are strong, with higher than 1% gains on the day. The strongest sector right now is benefiting from interest rates talk.
Results show it's well positioned to continue beating expectations.
