Guggenheim initiated stock coverage of BorgWarner with a "Neutral" rating and a $45 price target.
Axalta Coating Systems (AXTA) downgraded to Underperform from Buy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch Intel (INTC) downgraded to Neutral from Buy at BofA/Merrill Lennar (LEN) target raised to $61 from $60 at RBC Capital General Motors (GM) , Ford Motor (F) , Autoliv (ALV) , BorgWarner (BWA) and Adient (ADNT) were all initiated with Neutral ratings at Guggenheim PayPal (PYPL) caught on upgrade at Pacific Crest to Overweight from Sector Weight BMO Capital Markets raised its price target on Adobe (ADBE) to $165 from $160 after last night's earnings report. BMO also boosted its price target on Red Hat (RHT) to $107 from $90.  Back in a bit with more, which will include why the move lower in oil prices is likely to lead to negative earnings revisions for the S&P 500.
