It's lunchtime on a Monday, and the only big earnings report on the docket this afternoon is Netflix (NFLX) . The net result is a slow day for the indices, which are all essentially flat midday. If I had a desk in a broom closet at TheStreet HQ, I'd be ducking out and walking the 0.2 miles over to Eataly for lunch (yes, I looked it up on Google Maps).

What I've always found interesting about days like today, when it seems like there isn't much going on, there are often good pockets of momentum, as traders try to take advantage of the calm on the surface. Today, they're poking around in biotech, and I've marked up a few charts for your perusal.
